a few diver decoys from
recent carvings.
John Cottenham aka jacduck carves hunting decoys of cork and cedar for the
discriminating waterfowler.  Species include Canvasback, Bluebill, Ringneck,
Goldeneye, Bufflehead and Redhead ducks.  Using basswood primarily for the
heads most decoys have glass eyes.  Painting is done in either acrylic or artist oil
paints a client choice as well as other options.
