| If you know water dogs and wet mornings on the water or in the field then you know a LOVE of waterfowl. My love of waterfowl has extended for 60 years and I have attempted to carve duck decoys since 1965 when I couldn't afford the 12.95 a dozen pressed paper decoys that were for sale in my area of Michigan. |

E-MAIL Jacducks I currently carve contemporary cork decoys for the discriminating waterfowler. Species are: Bluebills, Bufflehead, Canvasback, Goldeneye, Redhead, Ringneck of the divers and Blacks, Bluewing teal, Cinnamon teal, Greenwing teal, Mallards (of course), Pintail, Wigeon and Wood Ducks. I also carve some classic style decoys of cedar and do most of the above species. Check out the diver and puddler pages for examples of my carvings. I am not carving decorative decoys for sale so detail and feathering are more of an impression than actuality. The way to order decoys here is simple and safe. You give me a shipping address and what you want via EMAIL. I put your order into the database by date and when it comes up as next I carve the decoys. When finished I send you a picture of the order and if you like them we work out payment and shipping. If you don' t like them they go into my rig! |
